Wooohooo, that time of the year again! Here we go:

Dear Yuletide Writer:

I started in fandom reading and writing only explicit fic, because I like it when sex is shown in a slash story, especially in-character sex, so I really want proper slash stories? Actually, what I really want are plot-driven stories with a bit of sex thrown in, but I also don't mind fade-to-black when it comes to explicitness. However, I'd like the character pairings to be clearly involved.

Within the romance, I like stories in which the two characters are screwing each other, but assume they are only sex partners, but they are actually in love and yet neither knows about the other side's feelings. So, repressed longing, I guess. But I like the occasional PWP as well.

This year I'm requesting Krámpack/Nico and Dani, Front Cover and Alexander the Great trilogy by Mary Renault.

Some of the following will have been copied and pasted from last two years' details, hope you don't mind.

Krampack/Nico and Dani
Basically I thought that Dani was a bit of a cock tease, but that's his prerogative as a teenager, and really, he looked so young that I was a bit squicked. So I imagine him all grown up, meeting Julian again (at some writer conference, maybe?) and discovering that Julian still want him, and well, sex ensues. But you don't really have to follow that; let's just get Dani to above 18 when they meet again and I'm fine.

It's a fairly new movie, so I'd understand if you skip it. However, if you have somehow miraculously seen it, I'd love some more interaction between Ryan and Ning. Omnia amour vincit, I hope. Or excellent sex, 'cause Ryan doesn't disappoint, I bet, LOL.

Alexander the Great trilogy
I want Alexander/Hephaistion/Bagoas where Alexander and Hephaistion share Bagoas, since Alexander and Hephaistion share everything, including bed partners. Actually, I imagine something like the Persian Boy but don't think Hephaistion would even be jealous. And if there was any, Alexander would assuage that by offering a threesome as a solution? I don't know, I'm just throwing ideas out.

Finished and posted last week. Decided to change the title, then the purge happened. Couldn't find fic again until I reposted the whole thing, under a different title. And had to delete the first post, with the wrong title. But at least I'm done now.

The only thing to do now is to wait for the reveal. So looking forward to it.

Like I said in the Optional Details box, I haven't read Broken Homes or Foxglove Summer, but I don't mind being spoilered. I just love the Peter/Nightingale dynamic, especially if they're actually pining for each other (okay, not pining, I can't imagine either pining), but are repressing it due to fraternisation rules (does the Scotland Yard have those?) or something.

Lord John series/Outlander
